<p><b>HUDO Centre No. H.K/PR/23/019 <br> 23rd May 2019 <br> Update (34) <br> COURT TRIAL OF AL-SANADRA CASE</b> <br> The court session was held on 15th May 2019 at Khartoum North court before Justice/ Atif Ahmed Abdalla. It was attended by both lawyers’ panels but the prosecutor and defendants were absent. The judge adjourned the court to 29th May 2019. On 15th May 2019 at 11:00 AM, the court session was held at Khartoum North court before Justice/ Atif Ahmed Abdalla. All other parties were present except the prosecutor and defendants. The judge summarily adjourned the court session citing reasons of security concern (public demonstrations) in Sudan which hindered the military police from transporting the defendants to the court.
