MURDER OF BADAWI IN ALSHARAK SUDAN
<p><b>HUDO Centre No.: H.K/PS/21/020 <br> 8th June 2020 <br> PRESS STATEMENT (For immediate release) <br> MURDER OF BADAWI IN ALSHARAK, SUDAN</b> <br> On 6th June 2020, Mr. Mohammed Badawi Adam was shot dead by unknown person while he was grazing cattle near Alsharak village. The reason why he was shot is not known. The case was reported by his family at Abu-Kershola police office against anonymous. On 6th June 2020, while Mr. Mohammed Badawi was grazing cattle near his village (Alsharak), he was shot dead by unknown people. The residents came to the crime scene when they heard the gun shots only to find Mr. Badawi dying. In his dying moments, Mr. Badawi informed them/ residents that he was shot by men who were in a group of three. The attackers did not take any of his cattle and the reason behind the murder incident is still unknown. The victim’s (Badawi) family reported the case at Abu-Kershola police against anonymous. Mr. Mohammed Badawi Adam Eldaar (34 years old) was a cattle keeper. Alsharak village is approximately 20 km west of Abu-Kershola. Abu-Kershola is the capital of Abu-Kershola locality in Nuba Mountains/ South Kordufan State.
